1. Definitions
In these terms, the following terms have the following meanings:

Refers to the Jangkau.ai software platform that provides AI-based conversational automation solutions through multiple communication channels.
b. Service Users
Businesses, SMEs, or individuals who register and use our Services.
c. End Customers
The clients or users of the Service Users who interact with the AI Agent.
d. User Content
All data and content uploaded by you to configure the AI Agent, including FAQ text, product data, and other relevant information.
2. Access and Use of Services
- You must provide accurate and complete information upon registration. You are fully responsible for the security of your account and password.
- You agree to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes and not violate any applicable laws.
- You are fully responsible for all interactions conducted by your AI Agent and for all User Content you provide.
3. Subscription and Payment
- The Services are offered through various subscription packages listed on our website. Each plan includes different feature limits and quotas.
- Subscription fees are billed periodically (e.g., monthly or annually) through our payment processing partners.
4. License to Use
During your active subscription period, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and your chosen plan. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative services from the Jangkau.ai platform.
5. Data and Content Rights
Jangkau.ai retains all rights to its platform. You retain rights to the content you upload and grant Jangkau.ai a limited license to use that content solely to operate the Services. We only use your data to support service functionality and will not share it with third parties without your consent.
6. Limitations and Responsibilities
Jangkau.ai is a technology provider and not a party to transactions between Service Users and their End Customers. We are not liable for data loss due to user negligence or factors beyond our control.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend your account in case of violations such as payment failure or illegal activity. Core terms will still apply even after termination.
8. Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to change these Terms. Major changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11. Use of Jangkau.ai AI Features
The Services include AI Agents, automated helpdesks, booking tools, and multichannel integrations. You are responsible for the content you use to train your bot.
It is prohibited to use the AI for misinformation, illegal purposes, or to train external AI systems without permission.
Your data remains yours. We store chat history for audit purposes and to improve service quality.
